Compatibility
Ensure the case is explicitly designed for your specific ROG Ally X model, as sizes vary between the 2023, 2024, and 2025 versions. Mismatched cases may not fit properly or offer adequate protection.
Build Material
Look for cases made from durable materials like EVA, polypropylene, or nylon to ensure shock absorption and resistance to wear and tear. High-quality materials extend the life of both the case and your console.
Interior Layout
Check for custom molded inserts or foam that securely holds the console without shifting. Internal pockets or slots for accessories like chargers and game cards help keep everything organized and tangle-free.

Determine how many accessories you plan to carry along with your console. Some cases offer space for docking stations or power banks, while others focus on essential cables and game cards.
Additional Features
Look for extras like built-in stands, card slots, or Airtag pouches that enhance functionality. These features can improve convenience and security during daily use or travel.
How to Use and Care for Your Hard Carrying Case for ROG Ally X
Allow the case to air out occasionally if it develops an odor, especially after storage in closed environments. Keeping the zipper open for a few hours can help eliminate any initial smells from manufacturing.
